$5.95 at Borders. Now I know what to get him for his birthday.
No lie, a coloring book of great lawyers. Hmmm . . . I'm trying to think of a child that would want to color a picture of William Jennings Bryant.

THAT got published!!? *scratching head*

Maybe he plans on being a lawyer?
ReplyDeleteToo funny!
ReplyDeleteI just have one question, "Why is it so big?" There can't be that many great lawyers... Just kidding here.
ReplyDeleteThere are great lawyers?
ReplyDeleteTo each his own! :)
ReplyDeleteNow that's funny. ;)
ReplyDeleteI think they make at coloring book out of everything!
ReplyDeleteIt's not often I'm speechless...but I honestly have no witty repartee for that. Now, if there was a colouring book of Boston Legal Lawyers, now THAT I'd understand....:)
ReplyDeletewhatever will they think of it next? ;-)
ReplyDeleteHey, William Jennings Bryan was America's Loser Sweetheart for decades. I mean, my great grandpa JB and great uncle JB were named after him YEARS after he gave up running for president. And his "Cross of Gold"? Off base, but nice rhetoric.
ReplyDeleteHm... that brings to mind another coloring book that (I hope) wouldn't do so well... "The Coloring Book of Unsuccessful Presidential Candidates."
That makes me wonder what other coloring books that company makes--I've seen their books before...Just not that one!
ReplyDeleteA colouring book of lawyers? I guess they will publish anything! LOL! :D
ReplyDeleteI thought it was so funny that I made him pose with it. He's afraid that people might think that "I'm so interested" face is for real :)
ReplyDeleteHilarious! The world is amazing. The very existence of this coloring book is proof.
ReplyDeleteI've seen everything now!!
ReplyDeleteStill publishers - never fail to amaze - I guess.
Great photo too!!
A book for every taste....
ReplyDeleteI guess the publishers believe, it's never too early to get them started! Great picture. Mine is up on My Photo Blog.
ReplyDeleteYour daughter would...She will be the lawyer when she grows up.
ReplyDeleteLOL! That is pretty funny.
ReplyDeleteHappy WW
I worked at Borders for 5 years. I used to laugh at some of the *interesting* stuff that would come through and wonder, 'who will want that?'.
ReplyDeleteYou never know. If you stock it, they will come.
mmmh... Maybe a great present for a Lawyer's child... (?) LOL
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
Do you think people add horns to the figures' heads? A nice laugh. Thanks. I'll have to buy one and send it to my sister-the-lawyer for her birthday.
ReplyDeleteI saw that too! I thought it was hilarious as well.
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty funny!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
That's just TOO funny!
ReplyDeleteI'll bet that is a short book.
HAHAHA That is awesome!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they have one for famous chemists?!?!?
Forget about a Lawyer Coloring Book, I've met a few smarmy lawyers in real life that made me want to scribble all over their face. With pointy colored pencils. Outside the lines. I can't be confined to boundaries set by pre-drawn printed pictures.
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
sadly i know quite a few people who'd be interested in that. i'd buy it as a joke gift and they'd turn around and love it.
ReplyDeletei know some odd people.
Makes you wonder. . . I bet he would've wanted one as a boy. Probably still does. I think you're right on with the birthday idea.
ReplyDeleteThat is TOO funny. DH and I are both lawyers (tho' I don't practice anymore). Maybe this would be a good gift for an upcoming occasion!
ReplyDeletei love that you picked this to highlight. too funny.
ReplyDeletethanks for the laugh today.
