Yes, those are swim goggles you're seeing. Spencer had just started swim lessons and I'd bought him a pair of goggles which he refused to take off. Here he's watching television with them on. He's always had a thing for eye wear, for a while he went through a phase where he wore his 3-D glasses everywhere. I guess it made things look more three-dimensional.

LOL! Great picture!
ReplyDeleteThat is one of the cutest pictures ever!!! My little ones have also started swimming lessons, (gulp). Eye wear however is a constant battle!!! Hats and sun glasses are a dermal necessity here in Florida but can't seem to get my three year olds to comprehend that. Go figure.
ReplyDeletevery cool!! How do you keep your whit couch so clean? Happy WW.
ReplyDeletehe looks cute!
ReplyDeletehehe He looks so cool in his goggleS
ReplyDeleteDo you think he can really see in the goggles? What a dude!
ReplyDeleteWell, if that isn't just the CUTEST? One for the memory book, for sure.
ReplyDeleteOh, they all have their quirks, don't they?
ReplyDeleteJoshua actually did the same thing before he actually had to wear glasses. And Izzak was like that with his red rubber boots he even slept in them
ReplyDeleteIt's all about style, Mom!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! My nephew had a thing for a pair of MY snowboots when he was young. He actually wore them to school one day (without the parents noticing) and it was a very warm spring day. LOL Kids are great!
ReplyDeleteOMG! I love it! LOVE it!! My son is like that with his Scooby Doo sunglasses. Hilarious!
ReplyDeleteSo funny! That's a totally great picture.
ReplyDeleteOh what a sweetie! Funny how they get attached to things!
ReplyDeleteHe looks very cool . . . like a young Elton John. Love it!
ReplyDeleteLove the fashion statement!
ReplyDeleteAt least he likes to wear them. Very cute picture. Happy Wednesday :)
ReplyDeleteDude! Who doesn't love goggles?
ReplyDeleteI love it when they get hooked on something fun like that.
ReplyDeleteI wish my kids enjoyed wearing their goggles. I always have to beg them to wear them during swim lessons. You go boy!!!
ReplyDeleteLOL That is so funny! Great picture. Thanks for sharing and happy WW.
ReplyDeleteAngel Mama ( Pearls of Wisdom)
That is too funny. You are so nice to let him wear them too...
ReplyDeleteHe looks adorable.
My younger son was like that with his goggles for a while. First time I saw him reading a chapter book - sitting buckled into his booster seat in the car, with goggles, reading Junie B. Jones. I wish I'd gotten a picture.
ReplyDeleteI love it when kids find one thing that they just love and they have to wear it or have it with them all the time! Sometimes it can be the funniest things, too!
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute! So does he have raccoon eyes when he takes those things off?
ReplyDeleteFreakishly adorable.
ReplyDeleteIt even looks a little like he's holding his breath.
ReplyDeleteSweet! We had the same thing at our house with TMNT masks.
ReplyDeleteSweet! We had the same thing at our house with TMNT masks.
ReplyDeleteThat's flat-out awesome! I love kids, they are a constant source of humor. I can remember being obsessive like that with things when I was a kid. Wonderful photograph.
ReplyDeleteThat is too funny!
ReplyDeleteIn our house everyone wears glasses except my daughter and she wants to wear them so bad.
I've met people who don't need to wear glasses but have glasses made with non-prescription lenses....to me this is insane. I would do anything to not have to wear mine and I don't want surgery and contacts look like a big pain...lol!
To each their own.
Priceless. :)
ReplyDeleteReally cute! I love it when my girls find something they just can't live without - for one of my girls it's always something in her pockets. I'm surprised she can walk with all the things she can fit in them!
ReplyDeleteThis makes me laugh. My girls will do that with favorite new things.
ReplyDeleteGood HEAVENS, girlfriend! How do you keep a white couch with kids around? I don't think my couch would be clean even if it was just me and Hubbers. Good thing we got green.
ReplyDeleteCute boy in goggles. I guess it's a boy version of dress up - my boyboy does the same!
3-D would make the world look way more real :)
