Going along with the cold cereal theme of last week, husband Andrew presented me with another one of his Deep Thoughts this week. While carefully chewing his Frosted Mini Wheats he offered this latest insight into his psyche:"If I could invent a cereal, I'd make one that tasted like steak and cheese sandwiches.
"With little onion bits in the milk."
What does one say to this? Somehow I don't think the world is ready for Steak and Cheesios.

Like the flavor, but not the combo with milk. Let's try it in an oatmeal-kind-of-way and we'll talk. don't listen to me, though. I had a ham, egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast followed by a reheated eggroll. :o)

Food again! Oh well. You're right, it'll never catch on. For now I'm waiting for the promises of my youth to be fulfilled - you know the ones about having no real 'food' by the turn of the century, that we'd just consume little capsules instead = no grocery shopping, no cooking, no washing up.......
