Lana's Little Darlins Giveaway

Pink Minky by Lana's Little DarlinsI don't know about you but I've never really outgrown having a favorite blanket. Mine is a green quilt that I keep at the foot of my bed for some extra protection against chilly Alaskan weather and each of my kids has a favorite flannel quilt of their own.

Lana's Little Darlins has beautiful handmade blankets that are the kind that are sure to become a Favorite Blanket--the kind that gets dragged everywhere and loved to death. They're soft and comfy and some like the super soft pink minky have embossed stars and moons along with these beautiful ruffled edges. (My children used to absentmindedly play with the edges of their blankets as they sucked their fingers and drifted off to sleep at nap time so these blankets are making me rather nostalgic).

Some of Lana Roerkohl's designs are in modern giant polka dots, some in nubby soft polka dots but they're all beautifully made and machine washable, ready for loving.

Minky Blanket and Bib Set by Lana's Little DarlinsOf course there are bibs, burbies and aprons as well, the store is stocked full of sweet treats for little ones which are being carried in various boutiques down in California--but YOU my friends get a treat that the boutiques can't top. Lana's Little Darlins is offering a 20% off coupon by writing "Scribbit 20% off" in the message to seller field at checkout. Sweet!

So for those who are as into blankets as I am, Lana's Little Darlins is offering a complimentary super soft and oh-so-cuddly blanket such as you see pictured at top to a random reader and if pink isn't your thing, not to worry because the blanket also comes in blue and ivory as well.

Here's how to win:

Before 12 am Monday go to the giveaway entry form on this page and enter your name and email. I will pick one of the names at random, contact the winner via their email and publish the winner's first name and home town in next Tuesday's post. See the bottom of the entry form for more details.

This giveaway is open to all readers so good luck!

  4. When is someone going to design a baby blanket that is divisible?

As a new mum, we love the delightful fabric is a gift.

As more children arrive and each one insists on lugging around several yards of filthy heavy material, suddenly the prospect of something the size of a handkerchief seems so much more attractive.

Sorry, my cynic is sneaking out.

    They are quite lovely.

I'm sure they'll divide very easily with a pair of scissors and a sewing machine.

    Cheers

  5. These are beautiful! My grandson is in need of a new blanket. "Stars" as he calls it(has stars all over it) has seen better days after being dragged all around. This would make a wonderful Christmas gift. Sorry if I've commented twice, the other one didn't go through.

Those are so cute! Say, did I see you this morning? There was a woman who looked like you in the car next to me (S Anchorage) who waved at my little girl who was holding an American Girl doll.

Probably not, but it would be cool if that was you. :-)
