Cranberry Bread

Cranberry BreadThis is the best bread for bread machines and I don't say that lightly. Normally I never bake my bread in the machine, I only set it to the "Dough" cycle and then bake it in a pan or braid it or something but this bread tastes great from the machine too.

For a 1 3/4 pound loaf:

1 1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons yeast (might need adjustment depending on the bake time of your machine)
1/3 cup dried cranberries

If you choose to bake it in the oven, bake at 350 for 28-30 minutes.
