It Must Be Christmas

An Empty TrashcanYou realize what this is, don't you? An empty trashcan. An empty kitchen trashcan. I haven't seen one of these in so long I'd almost begun to think they didn't exist--at least not one that I didn't have to empty myself. Spencer did it without being asked and when I quizzed him about the procedure he said he had done it "Just because I saw it was full."

Wow. There should be theme music for these kinds of moments.

That's awesome! Spencer has passed a milestone that many grown men never see.

OMG
Can you teach the kiddlings at my house to do this, they will shove and shove until there's no more shoving room, milk spills onto the floor, liquid jelly and yesterday's rice.. Can you say disgusting, seriously, a nice little podcast about emptying full garbage will do.. :)

hahaha! I am enjoying the shock! What a good boy!

Whoa! That is definately a Kodak moment!
My oldest does it now, but he is almost 18, and he does it so that he can earn brownie points to get to go out. LOL, I've got him figured out!

This is right up there with my 6-year-old this weekend -- we were out to dinner, and he spontaneously ate the lettuce that his chicken strips came on. I had to ask him if he was feeling all right. He said yes, he just wanted some lettuce.

Is it too soon to blame Christmas? It's still over 100 degrees here. It's gotta be something else.

Yeah...heroic Superman kind of theme music...or an angelic choir!

This is so great! It is so true that you hardly ever see this in a family household. Especially due to the fact that you weren't the one that emptied it!

There really needs to be some national recognition for males who take the garbage out "Just because it was full".

They sure don't stay empty for long, do they?

Good for your son for showing initiative!

Lovely...that's why I had a son, right?

I miss Ally McBeal and her theme music moments :) She'd know a song for this occasion...probably Barry White.
