A couple things I wanted to mention--first, a big thank you to those who have been so kind as to mention my ebook Blogging in Pink: A Woman's Guide on their sites these past two days. I really appreciate the kind words.
If you'd like to see what they've said here they are:

plus thanks to @crazycanuckblog, @thisfullhouse, @momofsixteen, @PeanutIsMyBoss, @ktcat, @mrshart03, @Nana Cheryl, @sandierpastures, and @Chrisbookarama for tweeting it. You guys are the best.
Second, it seems that gmail is out to get me because in the course of this month's Write-Away contest I missed two entries that were apparently sent to me but must have ended up as fodder for my spam filter (I've had terrible trouble with the filter the last few weeks). Anyway, while I do check my spam box for such possibilities I must have missed two and I feel horrible.
I've updated the entry list to include these two entries but I thought I'd mention them especially because I so appreciate those who participate each month and the guest judges--the contest wouldn't be anything without you all.

For #5, I would go beyond just "offering to bring something" to outright bringing it. I was always taught you do not go to someone's home emptyhanded. Period. Usually when I offer the person says, "No, I don't need anything." Ignore it. You should always bring something to a person's home as a small token of appreciation.
I've been having the same email problems so as frustrating as it is, you are not alone!
Michelle: I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for being so GENEROUS with your blogging knowledge. Although I'm on a deadline this week, I just had to take an hour and peruse through your book. WOW!
Thanks again!
Thanks for the correction!
I was the most popular girl on my blog this week with my post about your awesome book. I even carefully followed your guidelines from your eBook to be sure I had my blogger ettiquete right. : )
Just popped over here from Omah's Helping Hands, and wanted to thank you for sharing your e-book. That is very gracious of you.
Thank you for the thank you. ;)
It was truly my pleasure to spread the word about your e-book. Thank YOU for providing such a great resource for bloggers - both "old" and "new."
