Wow, that's awesome. I helped my mom and aunt make applesauce once when I was a kid, and that was a lot of work. (We even picked the apples at a nearby orchard.)
Now, making your own ketchup, *that* was just insanity....
I just had a flashback of collecting small tart apples from the yard of my grandmother's house and making applesauce with her. Such a wonderful memory!

Oh, I always loved canning with my Mom. Looks yummy!
Ohhh yum, this looks wonderful :)
Impressive. Looks tasty.
Have to have some pork chops with that. Both of my grandmothers were into canning. Amazing the work that goes into it.
Wonderful! I can almost smell it and it's just pure delight!
Mmmmm. I'll bet your house smells heavenly. :)
Hi Michelle, thanks for stopping by my blog :o)
That apple sauce looks delicous!
Oh my! I love how those jars look all lined up!
And what a cute little kiddo standing there with the shy smile--your helper?
All I can say is Mmmmm!!!
By the way, your kitchen is absolutely immaculate!
WOW!
I'm impressed.
Beats my lame day hands-down!
