Mr. Linky has been messed up for a while now and has disappeared so I've stopped maintaining this message board. I've been lazy this summer but am considering starting a weekly list for those whose would like to advertise their events and giveaways. I'll keep you posted.

What a wonderful resource! My daughter at PawPawHoller in Tenn told me about this site!
We're trying a different experience this year and seeing how LITTLE we can spend. It's brought on a little by [1] the uncertainty in the job markets (I work for a lg financial company and the hubby is a full time stay-at-home dad who is a psychologist in a previous life) and [2] the need to limit any financial burden right now. Our new adopted son is only 16 mon and still overflowing with toys and clothes and so he's at an age where he won't notice much - we still have about a dozen toys from his birthday we could rewrap. And so we're signing up for a number of giveaways through a multitude of vehicles - either for ourselves or family. So this is a nice treat not to mention very exciting - win or lose.
