TheaC Photography Giveaway

When I saw photographer Thea Coughlin's work I was a bit jealous--I've always wanted to be able to handle a camera, it's right at the top of my list of things to learn before I die--and she does it so well.

Some of her still lifes feel as personal as portraits, with an orchid or rose staring intimately at the camera or two buds acting out a family drama within the frame. And then there are her titles: "Bounty," "Lecture," "Two Friends," "Supermodel" and "Path" that give her photos another layer of interest.

Yes, I'm jealous, she obviously has moved past the click-and-shoot phase in which I eternally linger. But besides her beautiful photographs, as I was wandering around her site admiring the view I noticed that she has a second store where she sells custom made jewelry.

At Monarch Designs there are pendants, earrings and rings that can be personalized with either one of her photos or one of your own choosing from your own personal gallery.
